1. Cancellation Period: Guests can cancel their reservations according to the following guidelines:
   • Individual Room Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date to receive a full refund.
2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy and timeline mentioned above. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. No-show or Early Departure: Guests who fail to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-shows. For guests departing earlier than the reserved checkout date, no refunds will be issued for the remaining days.
4. Modification: Any modifications to the reservation, such as changes in the dates or accommodation type, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
5. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Bairagarh Living reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings as necessary. In such cases, guests will be informed promptly, and refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided.
